Refund policy

We charge $29 for a single CV review delivered in 24 hours. Here's when we refund you and how long it takes.
Automatic refund — late delivery
If your review isn't sent within 24 hours of your upload, we refund the full $29 to your card. The review still gets sent — you just get it free. No support ticket needed. The system processes the refund at hour 24 + 1 minute.
Refund on request — unsatisfied with the review
If you reply to your review email and tell us the review didn't help:
- We do a second review free, with a fresh look at your CV.
- If you still aren't happy after the second review, we refund $29.
To request a refund, reply to your review email (so we can match it to your submission) or write to hi@glowmycv.com within 14 days of delivery.
When we won't refund
- After 14 days from delivery have passed.
- If you simply changed your mind after receiving the review.
- If the issue is something we couldn't fix — e.g. you applied with your CV and didn't get the role. The review is one perspective, not a guarantee.
Edge case: if you uploaded a file we couldn't process (corrupt, password-protected, wrong format) and we somehow charged you anyway, we'll refund automatically. Our upload pipeline flags unprocessable files before charging where possible.
How long refunds take
Refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We initiate the refund immediately on our side; the rest is on the payment network.
